Psychotherapy

I work with adults struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues and life transitions. Many of my clients come to me after being in therapy previously but wanting "more." While I work with clients from all backgrounds, I have a passion for working with women. I utilize a mind body approach and much of my work focuses on somatic therapy (the mind body connection), inner child work, shadow work, breath work and hypnotherapy. Many of my psychotherapy clients also benefit from hypnotherapy/hypno-breathwork sessions from time to time. I offer both in-person and virtual visits.
