Childbirth Hypnosis and Education

Sacred Beginnings Psychotherapy, PLLC has partnered with Hypnobabies to offer Childbirth Hypnosis and Education to birthing individuals in and around Charlotte. NC.   This is a comprehensive 6-week childbirth education series that teaches parents-to-be how to use self-hypnosis to gently and calmly birth their babies.  Couples using Hypnobabies give birth in hospitals, birth centers, and at home.
