Self-Healing Hypnotherapy - I take the changes you have decided you want to make (during the initial consult) and put you in a very deeply relaxed state and then feed your subconscious mind your suggestions to create new patterns in your life. It is extremely client based, and yet supported with your personal spiritual beliefs.
Self-Healing Hypnotherapy can usually be broken down into 3 categories or a combination of:

- Spirit: Increasing Intuition, Connecting with your Higher Self, Communing with your Angels, Guides & Spirit, and Meditation Mindfulness just to name a few possibilities.
Regression Hypnotherapy
Regressions are requested normally because you a) want to experience a past life to know that life is continuous, or b) you have an awareness of a “block” in your life and we explore to find the link with childhood or a past life to heal, release any residual blocks and move forward in life.
Childhood Chakra Healing Hypnotherapy involves a childhood regression into a time period in which your perspective of yourself or the world changed, and created a block in your life. The feeling of emptiness, of something “missing” in your life or not “getting ahead” are symptoms of the wounded child.
Progression Hypnotherapy involve looking into your probable future under hypnosis. Perhaps there are decisions you are facing that you have questions about or to reinforce the healing in your life-when you experience what it is like in the future, your confidence in your manifestation automatically increases.
