I've had an affinity for labyrinths ever since I can remember. They are easily confused with mazes, but labyrinths are very different. There are no dead-ends; no twists; no turns. You will never get lost. There is one way in and one way out. The act of walking a labyrinth is healing to many. It represents the journey through life; a path with no right or wrong steps. But, to embark on this journey, you must first start. I view therapy in a similar way.
