Psychotherapy
*Initial Psychotherapy Intake is $205 for a 55 minute session
*Individual Psychotherapy Sessions are $195 for a 50 minute session
- New clients require a 2 session consultation period. This allows both myself and each client to determine if it is a good fit before committing to working together long-term.
Hypnotherapy/Hypno-breathwork
*Grounding Hypnotherapy is $195 for a 50 minute session
This is a shorter session designed to tap into your inner knowing and inner peace. This is a grounding session aimed at inducing relaxation and many clients use this as a first step before committing to a full regression session.
*Regression Hypnotherapy is $390
This includes age regression, past life regression or progression hypnotherapy sessions. Breathwork, somatic movement and sound are used in these sessions allowing for deeper transformative experiences. Many clients choose these sessions when they feel there is a "block" in their progress, feel "stuck" or they are interested in healing on a deeper level. These sessions include inner child work, removing stuck energy, emotional release (rage, shame, guilt, grief, etc.). Clients leave these sessions feeling "lighter" and describe feeling "shifts" that go beyond those typically achieved with psychotherapy alone.
Therapeutic Healing Immersions
*Healing Immersions (1-2 days; 6 hrs per day) - $1250 per day or $2500 for 2 days
These therapeutic intensives blend elements of psychotherapy and hypnotherapy into a full one or two day experience. These are carefully designed based on individual needs and where you want to go with the deeper inner healing work. These sessions typically focus on inner child work, shadow work, breathwork, hypnotherapy, emotional and energetic release and Reiki (if you wish). It is recommended to block off 3 days to allow for the 1-2 day experience as well as a day to integrate before returning to your day to day responsibilities. A 50 minute post-integration call is included 1-2 weeks after your intensive.
