Intensive Immersion

Private Healing Immersion-
This is a Private Healing Immersion for those who are ready for a DEEP DIVE into their inner healing.  Immersions are reserved for people who have already done some inner work and are ready to go deeper into the subconscious and repressed emotions, etc.  Immersions generally include one to two 6 hour days of intensive inner child healing work, somatic work, emotional release work, and shock + trauma healing using multiple modalities including hypnotherapy, breathwork, somatic work, shadow work, parts work, energy work, movement, music/sound, and more. 

This is the equivalent of months or years of therapy in a 1-2 day period. A pre-screening must take place beforehand to determine if you are ready for an immersion. Immersion Rate is $997 per day.

What Can I Expect During an Immersion?
 This is a tailored, one-on-one experience.   The immersion is customized to your unique needs, based on a pre-session questionnaire about your history, goals, and emotional focus. You’ll work closely with a skilled clinician trained in psychotherapy and hypnotherapy, ensuring a safe and empathetic container for your healing.  We blend multiple approaches to address mind, body, and spirit:

•  Hypnotherapy: Gentle guided relaxation to access subconscious patterns, reframe limiting beliefs, and anchor positive change.
•  Breathwork: Structured breathing techniques to release stuck emotions and regulate your nervous system.
•  Somatic Work: Body-based practices to identify and release physical tension tied to emotions like anger or grief.
•  Inner Child Healing: Connect with and nurture younger parts of yourself, fostering self-compassion.
•  Shadow Work: Explore and integrate hidden aspects (e.g., shame, fear) for greater self-acceptance.
•  Emotional Release: Safe methods like vocalization or movement to express suppressed feelings such as rage or sadness.
•  Energy Work, Movement, Music, and Sound: Gentle movement, guided visualizations, or soothing sounds to enhance emotional flow and grounding.


•  What the Day Feels Like:
•  Grounding Start: We begin with a warm welcome, setting intentions, and a calming body scan or breathing exercise to help you feel safe and present.
•  Progressive Flow: The session moves through layers—starting with body-based techniques to release tension, then diving into emotional processing, and finally integrating insights for lasting change. Expect moments of intensity (e.g., crying, laughter) balanced with restful pauses.
•  Breaks and Comfort: Short breaks for water, snacks, or stretching keep you grounded. The space includes cushions, tissues, and a calming atmosphere.
•  Supportive Closure: We end with reflection, grounding exercises, and a clear plan for post-session self-care, including journaling prompts and a follow-up check-in.
•  Emotional and Physical Experience: You may feel a range of emotions—relief, lightness, or even temporary fatigue as your body processes deep work. This is normal and a sign of release. You’ll be supported every step with tools to stay centered.
•  Preparation and Aftercare: Before the session, we’ll discuss your goals via a brief call or meeting. Afterward, you’ll receive guidance (e.g., breathwork practices, journaling) to continue your healing. A virtual check-in within 3 days ensures you feel supported.

This immersion is intense yet nurturing, designed to help you release what’s been held and move toward wholeness. You’ll leave with greater clarity, emotional freedom, and tools to sustain your progress. If you’re ready to dive in, we’re here to guide you with care and expertise.
